Hydraulic clamshell buckets

Hydraulic clamshell bucket are available in several executions for loading and discharging sand, gravel and other bulk materials.

The executions depend on the material to be handled.

Below we state the four types.

HBL	Light weight for densities up to 1.7 ton/m³
HBN	Normal weight for densities up to 2.2 ton/m³
HBH	Heavy weight for densities up to 2.8 ton/m³
HBS	Closed execution

We offer three rotation options:

MD	mechanical rotation 200°
MHD	mechanical rotation 360°
HS	hydraulic rotation 360°

In the mechanical turning head, a height compensator of 200mm can be built in. For the other types of rotator a height compensator can be built on top of the rotator, a so called scissors height compensator.

Every type of clamshell bucket can be executed in an environmental execution; closed shells.

The clamshell buckets are made of high quality and wear resistant material. The cylinder rods are made of stainless steel hard chromed RVS.
