Deck towers

The deck towers are specially designed to operate electro hydraulic grabs which are used on ship cranes.

The deck tower is executed with a electric motor with magnet coupling and cable drum. Deck towers includes 65 mtr 4 x 25 mm² electrical cable.

Technical Description:

Each deck tower is executed with:

1x Electr. Switch Box
1x Cable Reel Drum (The Cable Reel will be driven by the Electro Motor)
1x Electro Motor
1x Slewing Ring (For 335º mechanical Rotation of the deck tower.
4x Magnet (power 1000kg p.p.)
2x Cable Sheave
4x Tubes to enable you to transport the deck towers easy with a fork lifter.
1x Arm
Our deck towers are standard executed with remote control for opening and closing of your grabs. Of course the grabs can also be opened and closed manually.

Weight of the deck tower: approx 1200 kg.
